< per roll >
・ 2 cup cooked rice
・ 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
・ 1 sheet roasted and seasoned laver
・ scrambled 1 egg ( salt and suger )
・ kimchi ( Cut to pieces. )
・ carrot ( Cut into thin strips. )

#3 1. Mix the vinegar and rice while rice is hot.
[ Mix like cutting ! Don't knead ! ]

2. Take the heat a little.
#3 3. Put the laver on the Mat.

4. Put the rice on 3. ( Rice is about 1cm thick. )
[ Leave 3cm space like this. ]

5. Put the sushi item on 4. ( scrambled egg, kimchi and carrot ).
[ Try to find your own item ! ]
#3 6. Pick up the front side of 5. with your both hands holding the sushi item and roll to paste the both sides of rice.
#3 7. Hold to pull into shape with your both
hands
#3 8. Cut into thick slices with a wet knife.
